Maundy Thursday Prayer Vigil

Maundy Thursday Prayer Vigil - On the night that we know of as Maundy Thursday, Jesus said to his disciples “Could you not stay awake with me one hour?”  During that same historical night, from the end of the Maundy Thursday service to the beginning of the Good Friday service, Central will host a prayer vigil and invites members to sign up for one hour of personal prayer and meditation at the church.  Someone will stay overnight at the church for security.  We hope to have people praying all through the night and morning.  A sign-up poster will be in the Gathering Area.  Two or more people may sign up for the same time slot for prayer.  We hope you will add the prayer vigil to your Holy Week disciplines as a way of entering into the suffering of our Savior.
