WORSHIP TIMES
WORSHIP at Alps Road is a vital experience of praise, prayer, and preaching the Gospel.
Two worship services every Sunday:

Contemporary Service 9:00 a.m. - held in the Contemporary Center
What is contemporary worship? The music is led by guitars, drums, and a praise band. Most songs have been written within the last twenty years and are designed to help you worship "in the moment." The music and lyrics direct one's heart toward God. The sermon is the same in both services. The feel and dress is informal.

Traditional Service11:00 a.m. - held in the Sanctuary
Our traditional worship service includes a children's sermon, prayer of confession, pastoral prayer, organ music, traditional anthem, and sermon from the pulpit. This service combines classic Christian worship practices with a lively spirit of both reverence and joy.
Communion on the First Sunday of Every Month -
We celebrate Communion the first Sunday of each month in both services and on special days during the Christian year, including Christmas Eve, Ash Wednesday, Maundy Thursday. The Sacrament of Communion is open to all baptized Christians who claim Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior.
Children and Worship -
Children are welcome in worship! Children’s bulletins are available each Sunday from the ushers and worship bags are available for active minds and hands. The bags include storybooks for children of all ages, a religious coloring book and crayons. Children are dismissed immediately following time for children so they can attend Children's Church Kidz Praise.

Kidz Praize is an active kid-style worship experience that allows children to worship and praise God on their level. The Contemporary Service has Kidz Praize immediately following the offering. During the 11:00 am worship service children attend the service until the conclusion of "Time for Children", then adjourn to Kid's Praize where they are divided into two separate age groups.
Wee Kidz Praize -children ages 3 through 1st grade
Kidz Praize - 2nd through 5th graders
Hearing Aids, Large Print Bibles, and Handicap Accessibility -
We have hearing aids and large print Bibles available - just ask an usher. Easy access for those with mobility issues is available on the south side of the Sanctuary and at the porte cochere. We have handicapped parking spaces at both entrances.
